There are so many patterns of life that could show you how the design works with life. Re-reading the previous page would never lead you to the climax, with the happy ending.
Today I ask you only one question! Are you alright? I wonder how many times you've cursed yourself for being such a stupid person. I wonder how many times you have felt guilty for making a mistake or trusting a person over and over again. When the truth is in front of you and backstabs you, you have no choice left but to end up being hurt.
I know the past cannot be changed, it cannot be re-planned or reversed. In life, there's no such button where you can restart your life again. But think once, does it worth living a life where you don't feel every single emotion before you die?
Past is a lesson, you make a mistake, you learn from it and you move on. Sometimes, those mistakes cost you a lot, maybe! More than you could bear, but it happens. Now you couldn't change it but you can learn something from it, something precious, it can be hurting but beautiful, and always remember! If your past can heal you then that past can heal you too... You just need to give some time to yourself. The process usually takes time, hold on to yourself and never let go.
Never underestimate the power of the past, it makes you stronger, it reveals a part of you that you might have never met. It shapes you, gives you memory, and then makes it easy for you to face the upcoming barriers in the future.
What you can do? That's the question, everything is done. But if you still live in the past, you are spoiling every moment of your life. Take a pause and rest for a while, see the sunset and sunrise. See the rain and the hot sun. Cry out loud unless your eyes are swollen but make sure that whenever you are crying, you are exhaling your past with every single tear you shed. At last! splash warm water on your face washing the remains of your past mistakes.
Now! step out of your room, and make new mistakes, not the same old ones, meet new people, hard to trust again? Try harder because your future comes with better opportunities.
